what happened??

basically some guy on facebook was like “you shouldn’t be fighting so hard for equality for LGBTQIA people, it’s all labels, you’re so much better off, it’s more accepted now. I bet you wouldn’t even look at a person with disabilities on the street.”

And then I cried because like, fuck. He has no idea who I am, what I do, how much time I put into all of this, nothing. I mean, he made some good points but in between that he just kept attacking me. Plus, I don’t even know him - he was a friend of a friend who’s status I commented on.
